EPCM – Minatlou is capable of completing entire projects on an EPCM basis, taking responsibility for the overall project management and implementation.
EPCM services could be performed on either a fixed-cost or reimbursable man-hour basis.
Minatlou will adapt to the specific Client or Project requirements, providing services ranging from various environmental packages, to performing EPCM Contracts and complete turnkey installations in association with our alliance partners.
Minatlou can undertake small size projects relating to our core technologies on a fixed cost turnkey basis where our responsibility encompasses everything from conceptual design to hand-over of a fully commissioned Plant to the Client.
In this instance, in addition to fulfilling all project functions described above, Minatlou would assume the full commercial function and responsibility relating to the procurement of equipment, materials and services.
